1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Art999 Com ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the Art999 Com website, mobile application, and any related services.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any feature of the platform, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

If there is any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only. In all other matters, these general Terms apply.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to open and use an Art999 Com account:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold player accounts.

• You must not be self-excluded from the platform or have a suspension in effect at the time of registration or use.

Art999 Com does not make any representations about the legal status of online gaming in any jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using the platform is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your location before registering or depositing.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one account on Art999 Com. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth, and contact details. If any of your registered information changes, you are responsible for updating it promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Art999 Com will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your password or failed to secure your device. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

3.4 Account Currency

All Art999 Com accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This applies to your balance display, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and withdrawal requests. There is no currency conversion applied at any stage.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted for VIP members. Art999 Com reserves the right to change deposit and withdrawal limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and account review. Standard processing times are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. Art999 Com may request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw, you must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawing before meeting these requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your balance. The remaining real-money balance, if any, may still be withdrawn subject to a manual review.

5. Bonus and Promotions Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers at Art999 Com are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and all wagering requirements are calculated in PKR.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Art999 Com reserves the right to modify or withdraw a promotional offer at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively to bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated play, arbitrage, or exploiting software errors — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant offer terms. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically.

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

Bets are accepted as placed once you receive a confirmation message. You are responsible for checking that your bet has been placed correctly before confirming. Art999 Com does not accept responsibility for bets that have not been confirmed by the system.

6.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled based on the official result at the time of settlement. For Cricket matches — including PSL, T20 Internationals, and other formats — the result declared by the relevant cricket board or governing body is final. In the case of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or declared void, bets will be settled according to the specific rules stated for that market at the time of placing.

6.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. Odds during in-play betting change continuously and reflect the current state of play. Art999 Com reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any point during a match without prior notice. Bets placed and confirmed before a market suspension remain valid unless the event is declared void.

6.4 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

If odds, lines, or bet types are published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed issue, Art999 Com reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies even where bets have already been confirmed. We will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct errors promptly.

6.5 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day apply and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Winning bets that exceed these limits will be paid up to the applicable maximum payout. Art999 Com reserves the right to adjust maximum payout limits at any time.

6.6 Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

For Pakistan Super League and other Cricket markets, the following apply: matches must complete at least the minimum number of overs required for an official result to be declared for most markets to be settled. For specific prop markets such as top batsman or top wicket-taker, full match completion may be required. Where a match is shortened due to weather or other circumstances and an official result is declared by DLS method or similar, bets on match winner markets will be settled on that official result.

7. Live Casino Rules

The Live Casino section at Art999 Com features real-dealer games streamed in real time, including Baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, and Blackjack. The following rules apply:

• All Live Casino game outcomes are determined by the physical result of the live game as it plays out — card draws, wheel spins, or other physical elements. These results are final.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, if the round completes without your participation, the bet already placed and confirmed will be settled on the actual game outcome.
• Art999 Com does not accept responsibility for connection issues on the player's end that affect participation in a live game round.
• Table minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed on each Live Casino table before you join.
• In the event of a technical fault on the game provider's side that prevents a fair result, the affected round will be voided and stakes refunded.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Art999 Com. Engaging in any of these activities may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening more than one account or playing under a false identity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that gives an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes
• Placing bets with the primary purpose of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or matched betting in a manner that violates bonus terms
• Attempting to launder funds or using the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or are not under your control
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward Art999 Com staff

Art999 Com cooperates with relevant authorities where required and may report suspicious activity without prior notice to the affected account holder.

9. Security and Privacy

Art999 Com uses SSL encryption across the platform to protect data in transit. Payment information is handled by secure payment processors and is not stored on Art999 Com servers. Your personal data is used solely for the purpose of operating your account, processing payments, and improving the platform experience.

10. Responsible Gaming

The following tools are available to all registered players directly through account settings:

11. Suspension and Account Closure

• A chargeback has been initiated against a deposit
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by Art999 Com's internal policy

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is complete. If the account is closed following a confirmed breach, balances associated with bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned at Art999 Com's discretion following a full review.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method. Any active bonus funds will be removed upon closure.

12. Limitation of Liability

Art999 Com provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy of odds and information, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, Art999 Com's liability to any player in connection with the platform is limited to the amount held in that player's account at the time of the relevant claim. Art999 Com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.

Art999 Com is not responsible for losses arising from a player's own decisions, including but not limited to bet selection, deposit amounts, or the timing of play. Players take part in betting and casino games at their own risk.

13. Amendments to These Terms
